Here's the quick rundown on what this site is and how it works.
Ahoy Phellow Phans! Welcome to the Helping Phriendly Tour! If you're here, you're probably sick of Googling hotels, restaurants, and bars endlessly when trying to plan out your tour stops every year. I know I was — so I set out to make an app for myself to help make the process easier.
I quickly realized that what I was doing to save myself time would almost certainly help others, so I made the decision to build my idea out to encompass the whole jam scene and make sure everyone's tastes were represented.
There are still a few bands we're planning to add, but I would encourage everyone to use the Feedback link — and also the one at the bottom of the main page — to let us know what you'd like to see here: which bands, what features, anything to make this work better. I'm here to help you take the stress out of what's supposed to be a fun experience — going on tour.
Please read the Guide to understand the basics of how the site works.
You do not need to sign up for an account to use the planner — we want this to be as easy as possible for everyone to utilize the features here. However, if you want to save your dates for your next visit, especially if you're planning on doing a lot of shows and don't want to do everything at one time, creating an account is the way to do that. It will also allow you to post on any of the message boards, ride/hotel shares, and shakedown sections.
Keep in mind that when you create an account you will need to confirm your email address, so keep an eye on your inbox — and check your junk/spam folders as well.
The Helping Phriendly Tour site is still a work in progress — we are constantly updating things, so if you see a broken or bad link to the wrong show or hotel, please report it ASAP using the Feedback link and I will fix it.
Make sure you double check that you're purchasing the correct tickets, and make sure when booking a hotel that the distance we have listed from the venue is correct. While we strive for 100% accuracy, there is still a chance we missed something or made a mistake.
The site has only been live since 3/12/26 but we're seeing a lot of positive feedback which is very encouraging. Thank you for checking out the site and we hope to see you all on tour this year! ❤️
